My journey to psychology spans 30 years, blending academic pursuits with personal growth. A former lawyer turned psychologist, I integrate various therapeutic approaches, including Psychodynamic, Attachment-Focused, and evidence-based practices. My client-focused, trauma-informed approach affirms individual strengths and values. Beyond my professional life, I'm a devoted father, musician, meditator, and craft beer enthusiast, bringing a unique, empathic tapestry of experiences to my practice.
